Customer Service Representative

This individual will accurately process customer service calls, and dispatch the calls to the respective Service Technicians. Provide feedback to the Customers, Technicians, Service Managers, and Sales, concerning status of service and accounts to ensure all service related duties are done timely and accurately.
ESSENTIAL ACTIVITIES:
- Open incoming service and supply calls, (30 service calls per day expectation)
- Monitor and schedule connectivity calls
- Maintaining records and scheduling for the Connectivity program.
- Document customer complaints and ensure all necessary individuals are involved.
- Call for missing meters not collected as a result of customers not providing via fax or email
- Monitor Travel and Repair report
- Monitor Parts ordered which exceed 1 day alert for respective team.
- Close Service calls (Avg per dispatcher 33 per day)
- Process and distribute daily mail/postage, this includes, invoices for all areas and maintain overnight/express log.
- Tech Expense Reports
- Deplete in-house technician inventory
- Process daily invoicing of all billable service calls.
- Back-up for all dispatch functions.
- Serve as backup to the receptionist and other areas as needed
- Provide weekly status report outlining activity.

Prerequisites:
- At least 1 year of Customer Service Experience.
- Knowledgeable and skilled with computers.
- Strong and proven organizational skills.
- Exceptional Interpersonal skills and a proven team player.
- Ability to work under stressful situations in a changing environment with a since of urgency.
- Ability to coordinate and follow through with sales, service and customer on any customer service related issues.
