Field Service Technicians
MAJOR GOALS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintenance of a specific territory of assigned machines to ensure equipment reliability, Customer satisfaction and achievement of company requirements in call production, response time and parts management. Performed with professionalism and respect for the customers environment.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES:
- Field and in-house repair of copiers, printers, and fax equipment.
ESSENTIAL ACTIVITIES:
- Response to and effective completion of service requests.
- Troubleshoot printing/scanning failures on network.
- Maintenance of administrative requirements.
- Communication with supervision on areas of need.
- Effective customer relations.
- Maintenance of company assets (parts, tools, laptop, etc.).
PRIMARY PEOPLE CONTACTS:
- Customers.
- Company customer service personnel.
- Supervisor.
- Sales representatives.
- Parts coordinators.

- Associates degree (electronics, electro-mechanical).
- Military technical program graduate.
- A+ and/or Network+ Certifications.

Dealing with adverse situations in customer locations due to customer needs relating to equipment uptime.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Technical Degree in Electronics (or Equivalent).
- Outstanding customer relations skills.
- Solid leadership, interpersonal, teamwork, and communication (both oral and written) skills.
- Change agent.
- Ability to manage a diversity of activities and functions to accomplish common goals and objectives.
