Sales & Service Administrator

Major Goals and Responsibilities

  • Submit and track credit applications with multiple leasing companies
  • Provide contract pricing approval and volume changes.
  • Process sales order billing, commissions, for assigned team
  • Set up and administer service contracts
  • Participate in the meter collection process
  • Submit and track payoff requests
  • Coordinate trade in programs
  • Coordinate return of equipment to leasing vendors of assigned team(s)
  • Coordinate with Dealers and Service Dept on Ship In & Ship Out deals
  • Log contact activity with various leasing companies – buyout/upgrades/lease approvals
  • Monitor asset reports for leasing companies to ensure system integrity.
  • Field customer calls regarding Sales and Service issues
  • Enter customer calls activity into SalesLogix for rep customer contact
  • Assist/handle any amendments/supplements as needed.
  • Research all issues related to assigned team(s)
  • Special Projects as assigned

Toughest Part of the Job

Ability to multiple task in a timely manner, while maintaining open communication with various constituencies. Respond to the requests of the sales and service department within the context of SOS policies and procedures.
