New Users: Request an E-info Login

E-info gives you controlled access to our system using an internet browser. It allows you to view your equipment summary, service summary, meter summary, and order summary. E-info also allows you to submit meter readings, service call request, and supply orders directly into our system. 

SOS will give you the URL for your internet access to e-info as well as your company number and password after you submit a request below or call customer service at (770) 449-9100.
