SOS Capital Lease Administrator

Standard Office Systems is looking for a motivated team member to fill the position of SOS Capital Lease Administrator. The SOS Capital Lease Administrator processes leases and other related documents. Maintains and updates lease activities in database. Ensures accuracy of documents and financial records. Reports to the Administrative Manager and Director of Finance.

Position requires the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. The individual should be able to work well in a team environment and be willing to help in other administrative areas as needed.

Major Goals and Responsibilities:

  • Track lease applications/credit approvals/funding packages
  • Setup inventory items
  • Sales order billing and creation
  • Monthly lease billing
  • Lease end administration
  • Customer Calls
  • Procure and update Certificates of Insurance
  • Coordinate return of equipment and asset disposition
  • Update leases with contract amendments and supplements
  • Special Projects as assigned

  • Advanced computer skills required
  • Previous leasing experience preferred
