When the service call is complete, you can be confident your system will be running to manufacturers specifications. 1) PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
Our new equipment will perform to its manufacturer's specifications for five years or the term of your lease.
2) LOANER EQUIPMENT GUARANTEE
If SOS service technicians can’t repair your equipment on-site, to manufacturers’ specifications, we’ll provide you with a temporary replacement while we work on your issue.
3) RESPONSE TIME GUARANTEE
We guarantee our response time in writing to your service calls from 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
4) PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE GUARANTEE
We can perform preventative maintenance on your equipment after business hours at no additional cost. This helps you avoid costly downtime while you’re working.
5) CONTINUOUS FOLLOW-UP GUARANTEE
