Employees from our marketing department visited Murdock Elementary School in Marietta, GA to teach third grade students about marketing.
To illustrate basic marketing concepts, including how campaigns are built, our employees split classes up into teams that collaborated to build an advertising campaign for a donut flavor.
After presenting their campaigns, which included everything from songs and jingles to skits, students were able to vote on their favorite campaign and sample the advertised donut flavors.
Tasting the donuts wasn't the sweetest part of the day− the real treat was being able to teach the next generation about future career paths in a fun and educational way!
